So im just wondering about two things. Ive been looking around at other peoples grows and i cant tell where i am with mine. At day 43 my grow doesnt have as much buds growing as some of the other guys, could someone help me with that one. Second i was thinking about topping my plants, but i really dont know anything about doing it and ive been searching all day. If someone could help me out that would be awesome! thanks in advance

If there autos dont top them only dose damage and they will take longer to finsh. Any pics?

Unless you're growing the same strain under the exactly same conditions it's hard to compare one grow to another. Given the way yours are stretching and budding slowly I suspect the problem is that more light is needed. Generally speaking you need at least 50 watts of CFL lighting per square foot of grow space.

Topping autos isn't recommended. If it is done it should be done while the plants are still in veg, not after they have started flowering. In the end all it seems to accomplish is setting the plants back a week or so while they recover and doesn't really increase yields. LSTing is a far better option for tall plants.

quick question saturday will be day 49 (week 7) and i wanted to know how i should be feeding these girls... i have been following FD's guide to growing heafty plants in small places blog but he only has it up to week 6. I have the fox farm trio so any help would be sweet.

if your following FD's schedule and your hitting max level at week 6?

i would suggest at keeping the same feed schedule throughout until harvest time.

make sure to just flush 7-10 days before harvest using plain phed water.

I have some syrup-white widow autos outside that are day 51 right now. I think 4 weeks for smoke, 2 more to let the seeds finish. Inside may be different.
