so we lost powering at the house the plants are at. So the lights are all out... Idk what i should do with them.

So like i have just posted my power is out at my house with the plants. The tricomes are looking more milky then clear and most of the hairs are brownish amber. Some of the fan leaves are dying off and turning yellow. Here is what they look like.

I have never tried this ,but your circumstances are ideal....I have been told that keeping a plant in total darkness for 48 hours before the chop will: increase resin output, and interrupt the flow from the roots to the leaf..thus taking less time to dry the buds...

but, judging by the pics...she still has a ways to go....it seems a shame to chop her now

Whats so bad about chopping down early? But great news the power was just turned on sooo we got LIGHT!!!! From those pictures how long do you think? @hereb4

When you chop early the canabinoids in your buds have not fully formed and buds do a whole lot of plumping in the last couple of weeks. By cutting early one cheats themselves out of a well developed high/stone and up to half their weight

It's always a shame when ya get forced to cut early.

Kannabis Karma ~ no-one wants to be chopped early in life, plants have feelings too and when they are respected they reward with blistering buds

next week is week 9 for me and mine dont even have bud yet and I am wondering now if they bud before new year so you are lucky and need to be a little more patient as suddenly she will pack on bud. If you can run another month it will be well worth it

PS post some fresh piccies please

she might be ready for you to sample a test bud...take 1...put it in a paper sack with some shredded paper and set it on the cable box...24 hours later...the test begins....you are the judge...a nip or 2 over the next couple of weeks will help you judge that strains perfect ripeness for you.
