Just on a quick note before i update
I have highered my fan and filter and raised the light but no i have noticed that the sides of my tent is like gettin sucked in is that a problem or......?

The way it sounds you don't have enough incoming air.Try opening up your incoming vents or open the door slightly to equilize the air pressure.

I've not grown in a tent before but i've read in a few places that you should have slight negative pressure so the sides should suck in but not very much.

Actually, same as steely...

Negative air pressure sucks tent in as the air is sucked out through fan/filter. I thought it was this that kept the smell inside the tent but like I say, I'm new to this indoor game too ;-)
