HH and some mystery stuff
Well I finally decided to sign up here after months of absorbing all the info I can from the site.
I need help with my first attempt at auto’s.
I got the seeds from Bonza, not sure that’s the best source after further reading but that’s what I have for now.
-I started with just 2 at first. One is a Trans Siberian, the other is a Berry Rider
-Both in Fox Farms soil with about 30% organic perlite.
-Small 32”x32”x64” tent
-2 300w Viparspectra lights for the first few weeks that have since been replaced with a Amare SE300
-18/6 lighting throughout grow
-started FF nutes after about 4 weeks of straight tap water PH’d to 6.5 ish

Anyway, like I said I’ve never grown autos so other than a ton of research I don’t know if things are going well so input would be greatly appreciated.

This is the trans Siberian. It showed sex early and has tons of hairs but buds are not forming. Really seems to be slow, almost stopped. I’m pretty sure I had overwatered it in veg but have been more careful since.

Second one is a berry Ryder. It started to show sex a few weeks ago but nothing since. Seems stuck in veg

Sorry about all the posts, I'm new to this and kinda old. Me and technology don't always get along.
Trans was put in soil 1.1.18
Berry was put in soil 1.8.18

All the pictures were taken with just the Amare cobs turned on not the secondary optics

Your girls are looking good with no signs of issues. Depending on the strain, some autos tend to flower slower than the photo-periods. Try taking pics with just the mono rings with the COBs off for more natural looking pics since the mono spectrum CRI is higher than the warmer COBs. Flower with both COB/mono's at 24" with no lenses. The COB lenses are designed for high-bay applications that are recommended at 42-48".

OK, will do. I just assumed the white light would lead to better pics. My concern with the Berry is that it's been 42 days and there's no sign of flower. The Trans seems to moving along at a snail's pace since it started flowering. I feel like it's looked the same for a couple weeks.
I really do like the Amare light light though and I appreciate you chiming in. You actually emailed me back a couple weeks ago when I first got it about my distance from canopy question. I've since been maintaining about 24" with no lenses. It's about 36" from a seedling that I sprouted under cfl. Seems to be doing ok with the switch to the Amare.

Looking good @carpenter21 some auto strains can take 100+days so flower latr. But if she doesnt start to show preflowers in the next week or 10 days i would have to think it wont auto and will need 12/12 to flower

That's what I feared from what I've read. I'll give it some more time and keep my fingers crossed. I'd have to set up a different area with one of my old Viparspectra led's for 12/12. Thanks for the input
