I know noting so as you may guess I chose Auto Flowers for my first grow. I have a big plastic Buda filled with many beans called Critical Mass. 43 seeds in all. If I cant grow at least one plant I will quit!!!

There is no doubt in my mind that you will be able to grow at least 1 plant out of those 43 seeds

If you set up a grow log, we can follow along with your set up and growing.
You'll do fine, growing is a therapy in it's self.

VERY!!!
That was going to be my next comment, but I forgot.
It is overkill but you will fall in love with growing, upgrade to bigger tents or rooms, and need it some day.

Are you banking on this thing to pass in AZ? If it doesn't will you postpone your grow until then?
The reason I ask is because I see no reason why you can't start asap. I know it's hot there but don't you have a swamp cooler? You'd be surprised how well you can do, in not so optimal conditions.

The great thing about autoflower is you can run perpetually without switching light schedule and harvest every month or so.

Btw, I love AZ.

welcome to the site @knownuttin seems that you have everything that you need to get things started. Like most have said here its is quite rewarding to grow your own meds as well as tend to the ladies. If you get a journal going the people here will be more than happy to assist you in your grows and make sure that you are on the right path. There is tons of information on the site that can help with everything that you may need, and if there is something that you cant find all you need to do is ask.

Glad you found us and here is hoping that prop passes this Nov for you. I know i would love to see it pass, the more that do the more states will see the $$ they are loosing and pass it as well.

No growing in this home until Prop 205 passes. Arizona has a Nazi attitude about weed. The equipment however is ok to own !. I figure if 205 passes grow room items might get hard to obtain (demand jump), If 205 does not pass, my wife can grow nice tomatoes in February! so I picked my stuff up a head of time.

There are a lot of states that are like that....keep it quiet and dont tell anyone no one would know. I know i am playing devils advocate here but at the same time you have spent to much money on the gear not to do something.

At least your state does not count aggregate weight of the plant and they look at actual flower. Still your laws are rough as they are all felony class but there are a few folks here that take that risk for proper meds to take care of what they need in life rather than rely on major pharma.

Don't get discouraged, please stop by and toke one and check out my grow. It's nothing special yet but in time I hope to make improvements. I started with less and cheaper of a set up then you did and although my plants (photo period) are small for being 4 weeks old they are doing well and I can surelyrics point the finger at my 30 dollar 4' flourescent shop light with 6500k bulbs. But without a doubt I have proven you can grow from seeds in a cardboard box with a cheap light and at least get things started before you invest a boat load of money on something your unsure if your capable of pulling off. And as you my state recently passed the recreational marijuana also. cheers!
