Hey guys.

I've been browsing the forums for several days now and I really like this community so, here I introduce myself.
I'm JD, 40 years young and in love with this wonderful plant that got us all here. I mostly vape for medical reasons as weed eases the cramping and pain associated with my very active IBS.
I have quite a few years of xp with photos but, up until now, never grew any autos. My first beans are coming very soon and I intend to make good use of them. My favorite medium is coco (hand watering or blumats) but I am also interested in organic growing in soil/coco (I got a bunch of red worms working their asses off to turn kitchen residues in pure plant feeding goodness as we speak). When it comes to lights, LEDs are my weapon of choice.

hey welcome dude!! soo you wanna do organics eh? got fresh vermicompost(EWC/ earth worm castings) coco,perlite and get a bag of Dr earths black bag or similar and buy a 15 dollar product and voila..instant organic awesomeness LOl i know sounds too simple huh?! LOL 5 gallons of each.soil,coco,perlite,and castings with the pack i mentioned.

Hey JD! Wiggins to our awesome little canna community! What kind of LEDs do you rock and what strains are on the way?
If your interested in organics for autos @Eyes on Fire above really knows his stuff. Great guy and some of the healthiest looking plants on AFN and all he does is add water!!!

What kind of LEDs do you rock and what strains are on the way?

Right now, because of the size of my cabinet I am using a DIY led panel with 20X3W white cobs. Otherwise, I got a MarsHydro 300W (5w chips) that I will use again when I'll have proper conditions to do so.
I'm quite excited about the beans. They are all dwarfs (hopefuly) most with medium to high cbd content, some shortstuff seeds (dr.feelgood, shortstuff [HASHTAG]#1[/HASHTAG], blue himalaya, snowryder), and a few pink salad, sin tra bajo, kush van stitch and a guillotine. Mostly regs as I intend to make myself a few cross of medicinal goodness FTW.

I really like organic growing, but I do not have enough space, right now, to grow this way. I will be microgrowing for a while in very small pots in a very small space so, the only way for me to get good results (quantity wise) will be to use my old trusty friend DTW coco. But, as soon as I will have enough space, I will clearly make the switch to full organics in soil/coco.
