I use water from a spring, its the water we drink also. Definitely test it, mine is around 70ppms. It tastes soooooo good. Plants lile it also way better than the city water. We haul water, got lazy for a while and started getting water from town. plants drooped a little and we didn't like the taste. so now we just haul it up the hill from the spring. lot of work tho.

Thank you all. The watering and nutrients will be trial and error for me. All I need now is my seeds which should be here at the end of next week. I am going to start off with 4 plants. I have my 5 gal smart pots (which I heard are great to use) I have my Ocean Forest soil for the bottom half, and my Happy Frog for the top half. I've decided to go with Candy Kush, Jack 47, THC Bomb and Buddha Purple Kush, I'll be testing the ph on my spring water next week. When seeds come in, then I'll be ready to start my grow journal

I have my thread in the organics section we are usuing alot of the same stuff. I already had my germinated seeds in ffof before I read and learned that its a bit nute heavy to start. Im growing green o matic, auto bubble gum and blue diesel. The green o matic is crusing shes 2in tall in only 2 days since spout. The other strains have not sprouted yet. Maybe we can learn from eachother. Like u I want to stay organic.

That may or may not work for your MJ plants. It depends on the mineral content of the water and how high the PPMs are. the PH could also be very high, you would want to check the ph at least.

Also as far as nutrients, should I go with biobizz or the farm fox trio ? I've read good things about both, but I recently found out that the trio wasn't organic, and if I lean toward biobizz I don't have a clue what products would be a fit for autos. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I have begun germinating: 1 auto candy kush, 1 auto jack 47, 1 auto thc bomb, and 1 Buddha purple kush. I have 3 smart pots and 1 regular well aired pot and also my happy frog and ocean forest. Hey crow hope all goes well, I myself wont start nutes untill about 25-30 days after sprout I planted them in straigh ffof. For veg nutes ill be feeding with mexican bat poo along with molass and one 1 feed with superthrive. For flowering I will be feeding with jamaican bat poo, molasss, 1 serving of superthrive. I also will be feeding and foliar feeding with bull-whip liqufied seaweed. I really hope our grows are successful. Take care bud have a good day.
