Love the site so I had to post some pics of my lateset grow. Been growing auto just over a year now. My first time and this time were my best. One thing in common, 20 hours of light a day. My cabinet is split in two. One side I have a 300 watt LED grow light, and a 8 inch fan blowing in and one 8 inch fan moving air out. The other side has 5 LED flood lights I got at Lowes. 3 are blue, cool burning, the other 2 are red, warm spectrum. Also added 2 24 inch T-5 fluroscents to that side. The flood lights are the strongest wattage I could find at Lowes. I just have a 6 inch fan blowing on these ladies.
i made my own pots by cutting the bottom out of a 2 gallon nursery pot and flipping it over and sealing it to another 2 gallon pot. Used silicone, rubber cement, and duct tape.
for soil I used Miracle Grow potting soil, that I added peat moss and perlite to. Also made a mixture I found in a Jerry Baker book for container gardening. Rinsed coffee grounds, tea granuals, epsom salt, and crushed egg shells.
First waterings were with ph balanced water. At 2 weeks gave them 1/2 strength Alaska fish fertilizer. Then I would water with ph balanced water and ph balanced epsom salt water every other week. They got one dose of B Cuzz grow and bloom mix about a week ago.
