New Grower new seedlings

i just started a fast and vast and im wondering do i put it in full outdoor sun light right off the bat or should i let it get bigger first i dont want it to get sun burned

They grow naturally in the sun. I've left them from seed many times without burning them

Cats, birds and insects are another matter
