I also forgot about soil, DOH I seen a video using PRO-MIX HP etc for AF plants, good, bad opinions?

Promix is excellent for autos. Not harsh at all, benefit of being soiless media without having to alter ph to a lower range as one would with coco. Everything is done the same as soil. No nutrient imbalances. At least that's been my experience for several seasons.

Update on me receiving the seeds. GOT THEM. So I haven't got around to getting the framing done on the room, but I would like to get the seeds started ASAP.

How can I do this without transplanting them?

I know that I can start them outdoors but I would like to know if anyone has did anything like, starting outdoors then put them indoors?

Of course I would use the materials I need for indoor grow but I have never ever dealt with AF plants.

Something airtight possibly with some silica- there is always a little with shoes or electronics to absorb moisture. Take said airtight, opaque container and place somewhere that remains cool and dark. Fridge for long term storage. Think storage for years not months. Viability will always decrease over time. Limited exposure to changing storage conditions and air will extend shelf life further.

I just read that building a LED COB is kinda NOT cheap - I have heat sinks from computers, some copper, mostly aluminum, SO my Q is If I have a bunch of heat sinks from these computers what would it take to fulfill the rest of the build for a LED COB set on my own? Any threads?

Purchased price or DIY may seem high initially but the results and real energy savings makes it very reasonable. Heatsinks range in price like everything else. It depends on how much work you want to do too. Heatsinks are around 15 dollars and a few more for shipping. If you were looking to build a 10 cob light and were set up with tools it may be worth saving the 200 dollars. I used to tinker a lot more than I do now and may have tried doing what your doing now, I just think one bad hole and you just wasted 20 minutes time. The guy you may want to talk to is @Puddentane he is the man when it comes to making it happen.

Get computer heatsinks which are flat under (you need 3x3cm flat spot). Remove all the dust and other junk from them with alcohol. Put paste (Arctic MX-4) on COB, put COB on heatsink and "glue" with some kapton tape if you don't want drill holes. Then just wire them to driver. For fans on heatsinks you need 12V DC drivers, you can easily wire two fans on 12V DC driver, so each fan gets 6V.

^Gosphel. If yo do not fear electricity and have an eye for safety DIY is a big win in every category except ease of use. The less you invest the more management it will take through the grow. I have super cheap diy lights that kick ass but they are a constant source of consternation and challenge. But it got me in the door and off and running. And they grow the fire.

Arctic cooler simple block cpu coolers with a 40mm fan will cool these things admirably. Gt a small 12v transformer off of ebay or repurpose off of a electronic item. Head over to harbor freight and pick up a cheap tap for the mounting hardware of your choice and drill and tap the faces of the heatsink for mount. I use Thermal Ceramic adhesive but pads or paste works. Sleeve your fan and DC power leads from heatsink to ceiling and then wire them into your system. Works.
