Welcome, if you have never grown I would suggest soil to start, as it's forgiving. One litre pots are hard work, think water twice a day, I use 5 litres and water every 2 days or so. Also learn a style get good at it, you see guys try something then change for the next grow because they struggled and gave up. Best to master the plant and techniques which then transfer to any medium. All of this is imo. Good luck and tag me in your grow.

@Rollin_along I have grown photos but never autos. So I was thinking of starting off with 2 to 3 in 2 gallon or 3 gallon airports leaning towards two gallon(I have both). As for the substrate I have some pro mix hpcc I was going to try. Then a 1/4 nutrient regiem and cycle between ro or distilled every second watering not sure I’ll have to feel it out. I tend to over think and analyze almost all aspects of everything I do. I figure I will be water once a day or every 2 days and feel like knowing me and my obsessiveness nature I should be ok, or so I think. If I were to use soil I was thinking fox farm or sunshine I could always change that up. I am also am aware it may be a struggle just not in my nature to give up, I imagine it’s a learning curve and hope I can improve with each attempt or grow. I’m just trying to make informed/ educated guesses off the bat and appreciate all and any info I can get, thank you.

I joined quite a while ago but I've just recently gotten back into growing (or will soon), so I started posting here.

Used to be a member of some of the earlier versions of the northern outdoor growers (semi-auto) and auto forums before, but most of them are gone these days.

Found this site to be extremely helpful, and the interesting concept of 'early', 'quick' or 'fast' (seedbanks use different names) versions of strains are starting to gather interest on here as well.

You will learn a lot here, don't be afraid to ask.
