Have not done Autos yet, but placed the first order, Mephisto Genetics 24 Carat... Any advice from those that have grown this out? Or suggestions for us long term photoperiod guys who want to try autos? Does LST do ok? I have seen conflicting reports on this.

Hi mount welcome to the AFN!! yes I LST all my autos!! look around and read read read!!!
remember cut your nutes in half, dont transplant a autoflower give them as much light as you can and keep up with the cal+mag!!!
that 24K is a very good strain, perfect for your first auto!!!

Hello Mount,

keep us in touch with how you get on with the Auto side of life !!!! eP.

Thank you ALL!!! Appreciate the feedback and insight... will let everyone know how the first auto grow goes... All great advice...Like to hear that LST works... got my 5 gallon pots and ready to get started, really appreciate the input!

Hi man, and good luck with your grow, i generally like to have plants grow naturally without any stress, but this year i lst'd one just out of curiosity and the result is - i didnt know what i was missing!

Thanks for that... when I did my first LST on Photos, I said the same thing.. auto's are a new beast for me, filling in some of the space in the veg area kinda made sense to run a few autos and see how they did. Might as well use all the light I have instead of wasting it right? Glad the LST worked out for you and nice to hear it wont stress the plant too much. That was one area I was uncertain about with auto's. I didn't want to treat them like photo's and mess up the potential of them.

Welcome, pull up a stool and grab a hookah hose.

:hookah:

Stay on top of things and you will be fine. Autos have a smaller recovery window than photos for obvious reasons.

Hey and Welcome!
Glad you found us. Can't really add more than what was said already. Mephisto genetics are solid that's for sure. I know you'll get fine results.
Peace and happy growing.
