SO I am finally going to try hydro. What should a beginner start with? DWC flood table
tower lol. Also can we get a guide to what one needs to purchase.
Only you can decide whats best for you. I am a newbie so bear that in mind with any advice I offer. I have never grown before but I'm on my first grow now DWC & I think (hope) it's going alright. Originally I bought a General Hydroponics AeroFarm because I wanted to try aeroponics. When it arrived I just didn't like the way it was constructed. Too flimsy and hard to open. Tubes, pump, fitting everything seemed sloppy. I knew that the AeroFarm wouldn't work for me so I bought some 20l buckets cut holes in the lids bought some net pots & clay pebbles. A Hailea pump, some air stones and things could not have been simpler. A good PH meter & a good EC (PPM) meter are essential for hydroponics. Another important consideration is the nutrient solution needs to be kept at a reasonable temperature as higher temps run the risk of root rot. Let me know if you get the hydro together and I'll be watching that thread.:smoking:
Well i think my seedling got stutded from a drenched rockwell cube. Its had its baby leaves for close to two weeks now. No idea why. root is really small too.
