Been following this forum for a couple months and like what I’ve been seeing. So I got my first order of MEGACROP, kelp, and sweet candy. I noticed I have a few clumps of MEGACROP in my bag about the size of a nickel. I just broke one open and it was all black inside and smelled like molasses. Is it ok to just break these pieces back up? It seems about the consistency as a tootsie roll. My second question is about they kelp. I see it’s .4 grams per gallon. Will this work for spraying the plants as well? Just trying to get my head straight before taking the plunge. Thanks for all the help this far.

From my understanding the megacrop can be broken back down if it clumps together and it still will dissolve. I've only used Megacrop, Sweet Candy, Redline and Mother Monarch from their line. Not sure on the kelp on how to add that into the grow.

The kelp is really good the first few feedings as it gives the plant what it needs to create the roots to searchout for water. I find the best way to add this the first few Days without unnecessary watering is foliar. Could probably cut that down a little with foliar and I would recommend adding optic foliar transport. U won’t believe how fast the plant absorbs it I also add kelp in nutrient solution for root drench. Small bag goes a long ways. Since it’s already in Megacrop U can probably add half and go with .2 g/gallon once your Megacrop is at full strength.

Thanks for the responses. I used .2 kelp per gallon for a foliar soak. Seems to be doing good. I was a roots organic and aurora nutrient top dress before finding this page. Usually started having issues with cal mag about a month into the grow. Bought some auto cobs. I must admit those lights surprised the hell outta me. After watching everyone for a couple months I had to join the mega crop movement. I actually got my mega crop about halfway into my last grow. I can almost bet it saved my grow. Can’t wait to see this all the way through. Mephisto genetics, mega crop, and auto cobs. In it to win it.
