Indoor Nirvana Blue Mystic-ShortRyder

Looks amazing. Great harvest. I just ordered 3 more auto strains Nirvana..whoop! Loved the rider and blue mystic. It's killer smoke. Enjoy.

Thanks Sister SpikerBiker. You aren't kidding about them being some great smoke. I'm getting flavors that I don't even recognize from the ShortRyders. I think one is of diesel lineage. A new experience for me. The potency is just getting better the longer they are jarred. Stay tuned for some smoke reports soon.

I put three Blue Mystics to germing for the next run yesterday and two have already cracked and developed tails.

One minor problem I had was that the 3 Airpots were just a little too tight in my cab so they meshed together like gears making full access to them difficult. I trimmed a 1/4 inch from around the bottom plate of each pot on a scroll saw that gave me one inch less diameter on each pot. This next grow, I'll be able to get the pots in and out with less hassle and be able to rotate them at will.

Wow. I've got to hand it to Nirvana again for the freshness of their beans.
The three Blue Mystics that went into the towel on the 10th went into the pots yesterday the 11th and by this morning, all three had broken the surface. So three BM's are off and running.

Being so happy with their last results, again the Soiltabs and Flowertabs will feed them. They may be supplemented with Rhizotonic, Superthrive, and Big Bud in moderate doses.
If they are similar phenos, only two will be supplemented while the third will not, for comparison.

Soil: Reusing the same soil from the last run after remixing with 1 cup of bone meal and 1 cup of epsom salts.

Pots are again the 3 gal airpots, diameter reduced one inch on each.

Lights: Starting with one 125w tophat cfl. Doubling that as the first true leaves sprout thru vegetation. Flowering will be two 125w red spectrum flowering CFL's.

C02, humidifier, and cabinet cooler will be used as needed.

I'll bet this will be your best grow ever ... it's gonna get crowded in there ...
:Hookah:

Day 5
2 of the 3 are on track working on the second set of true leaves. The 3rd had a problem when it came out head first (my first breech baby) then shot the tap root upward in the wrong direction. I was there when the tip broke ground and was able to gently replant it in the right direction before any damage and its been working on the roots since. The two cots combined are under 1/2 inch spread with the real leaves barely visible and the exposed stem is only 1/2 inch high. As usual I'm letting it grow.

There will be no pics until I get a new phone delivered. Mine got wet when a sweaty glass puddled on a table top and wicked water through the charge port bricking it.

Day 14

Had a very bad accident overnight. My intake duct fell level with the top of a pot and blew directly on my #3 plant for at least 6 hours. She looks like a very sick young girl. Theres nothing to do but wait and hope she makes it. Last night she looked just like the others.

Day 22

I believe all life deserves a fighting chance so instead of yanking this Blue Mystic after it was literally blown back to day one, as I probably should have, I decided to let her try to make a comeback. Shes holding her own but being only a week away from flower, I think she is destined to be a dwarf of epic small size.
If she flowers in proportion to her size she just may end up in a block of epoxy resin as a keepsake to remind me of her fighting spirit and inspire my own personal battle as my condition deteriorates.

My Lost Coast OG looked worse than that and didn't even grow for a month. Stuck it in the greenhouse and let it live. She was 39" tall when I chopped her! Never throw out a plant if you have room to keep it! Bud is bud!

Here is some eye-candy.
Hope you can see the small buttons of new growth at the tops of BM.
SR never slowed down much on production.

Out of this run of two SR's and one BM, the SR1 is the most potent plant I've grown yet, including photo strains. I'm working up a review now which I'll post in the Review forum with a link to it here.
