Hy everyone! This is my first post on AFN. glad to be here! Im currently growing 3 northern lights autoflowers from nirvana. They are on day 15 from shedding their shell and opening up all the way. Here's my setup:

24"X36"x60" black canvas tent with Mylar lining inside
6" cooltube from
duct fan from lowes
400w hps bulb

Soil:
60% fox farm ocean forest
25% fox farm light warrior
15% perlite

Distillied water

Germinated 3/3

..................................................................................................................

So it's day 15 from when the first plant (the largest seed, and now the largest plant) lost its shell and opened its 2 leaves. The plant in the middle is the largest with the one on the left slightly smaller. The plant on the right is tiny........ Maybe because it is too far away from the light? It's weird tho because it hasn't stretched at all. What do u guys think???????? so it's been about two weeks and the middle plant is on its second set of 7 blade leaves where the left plant is currently growing its first. The middle plant is also showing pistils and seems to have gone into flower somewhat; lots of hairs but not much stretching................................

My light is running 24/0 right now and I was planning on switching to 18/6 on day 21 to ensure flowering in the left plant and mild stretching in the middle one. What does everyone think of this strategy? Also on this day I will give them their first dose of bloom nutes. I'm gonna go organic, don't know which one yet, gotta hit the hydro store! Hahah

So what does everyone think????? Also, why is the one plant so tiny!

I'm on day 25 w/ a couple Nirvana NLs myself ... one is a little less vigorous than the other ... I'm using RO water w/ Cal-Mag ... so far so good but they are a little shy about declaring their sexuality ... Switching to 18/6 at day 21 won't hurt anything but I'd wait til week 5 or 6 to feed them bloom nutes ...
