Nitrogen?

Hi guys

This is a N def right?
How long would it take to clear up roughly
Last night I gave her a watering with a higher dosage of N from both my grow and Micro Nutrients, and 8 hours later I have not seen much improvement.
Must I flush her out and start from scratch
This is on all the new growth (budsites - flowering stage)

:smoking: hey Walt! No mate, N defc. starts at the bottom leaves first, as N is a mobile nutrient within the plant,.. I'd say you have an immobile nutrient defc, in this case Fe (fades from "palms" out to tips)... immobile nute elements can't be translocated from established tissues like other mobile nute' elements can, so the newest growth gets hit first and worst,...
..no flush! -First thing to do is check the in-pot pH, to determine if this is a lock-out issue, or plain lack of,... Fe, Zn and a few others lock-out fast under 7.0+ pH conditions...
You'll need a micronutrient supplement to deal with this, more food will not cut it; Earth Juice Microblast is good stuff,.. The best, fastest way to deal with this is via foliar spraying, and soil treatment.. you'll need a wetting agent to make this work well; it helps coat and stick over the leave surface better, so more gets absorbed,.. spray undersides of leaves especially, more stomata there than on upper surfaces,... keep out of direct light until dry,.. To really kick ass, fast and effectively, I get Optic Foliar's Transport and the EJ together,..look up Transport ... this stuff will allow temporary penetration over the entire leaf surface, which will greatly speed the Fe into the defc. tissues,...should fix it in a few days, not several days/week+...

After yesterday morning I doubted it would be N, as I was checking my nutes, and they have quite a bit of it in it.
Man, I have to try find some of those items this side of the world.
Will just have to find some Fe supplement and mix into a foliar spray, as I know for a fact Optic Foliar will not be available this side of the world

very frustrating Walt, sucky to hear,... is internet ordering an option? An Fe/micro supp' should be at most any garden center or nursery, nothing canna-specific about such products,... if you can get a mild soap, like castille, that will work as a wetting agent,.... some 3-part nutes often have a "Micro", which will have what you need in it, problem is, it'll have a fair amount of N as well usually,.. but for foliar, it's worth the risk.. Fe in a micronute, so not a lot is needed, and so the N input won't be so heavy over all,...

Ok, I think I might have found what I required, Internet ordering is an option, but some places are very restrictive in shipping, especially to this part of the world.
I managed to find a supplement that can be used in foliar spray so I mixed some of that up with some store bought spring water, ph'd to 6.0 did the same with the feed schedule, took it back to base and going to try get that sorted out, also re-calibrated my pen (which I think could be the main issue in the first place)
So I hope to see a new plant by the weed of the weekend

You guys in this section really do need the recognition you lot deserve.
Everyone likes seeing the nice big bush (I'm one of them), but not really like the sickly little one and also have not done much research into the issues, which I think the last half of this year I think I should be investing a lot more time into,
