I don't imagine any of the LP's will be offering autoflower seeds to the market so they will technically be illegal (seeds only available on the "black market".
Not that it makes any difference to me.

Yup grows are still technically illegal under federal law unless all seeds and clones are bought from a legal canadian supplier which as we know doesn't exist at this point for those things lol

If your a med patient its legal lol They can source where ever and when ever they want but for recreation you have to buy straight from the government no matter what,Licensed retailers have to source all weed etc through them too.

As far as I know it has never been illegal to buy seeds in Canada.

Liquor Control Boards control the supply of cannabis in many provinces. A few companies with mega-farms are producing all the legal weed. With all the new profits, fees, and taxes added, it is quite lucrative.

In my opinion they are in no hurry to sell seeds until they have established control over the market. When they do, I doubt they would be interested in selling high quality seeds.
