New Grower Noob grow, N lights, Sour Diesel, Fast Haze

Oh, yeah, our den (my reloading room) smells like a Santana concert now! :High 5:

Ah, DAB, if you only knew!!!
My wife is the best!!! She let me build my bench in the middle of the house! What a sweet woman! :grat:
I believe she's also the only American gal of Mexican decent to sport a bumper sticker saying "Secure the Border"! :yay:
I truly love AFN, Bro. As a family, we set all aside to grow as best we can! :karma Cloud: :peace:

LMFAO!!!! :rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl:
On occasion the fleas out here require colonoscopies, typically best performed from 800 meters plus. :D:
Any closer, they seem to know it's coming... much more humane at long range!
NOTE: No Fleas Were Harmed In The Making of This Bud.

Almost 10 pm, on a Sunday, first snow is hitting the window, and NL is going to the infirmary, but wanted to post pics here as well.

The fan leaves getting banged up are all deep and shaded, maybe this is normal?
My soil salts should be fine (I try to water deep, then let dry), but I just gave her ph'd water 'til runoff, and followed that with with a gallon of bubbled water mixed with a tsp MG quick start, 1/2 tsp molasses, and a tsp of Alaska 5-1-1.
The spotting has me thinking cal/mag, the leaf yellowing maybe N def, the vein color maybe necrosis?
PH in is buffered to 6.0, pH out is at 6.5.
Oh, yeah, I've just been swarmed with what I think are fungus gnats, so I top dressed with some DE.
:tiphat: Any thoughts? (Besides Prozac :D:).

Life lesson # 27,563: fungus gnats (I had one under the loop tonight), do NOT like DE! :X's Evil Laugh x:
I'm sure their kin in my soil are liking it even less! :coffee break:

Aw, crap, forgot the important stuff! Most of it is in the infirmary, but a light flush, shot of cal/mag, and N, NL is coming back up too speed.
I think I've been so afraid to feed her that I've been starving her. :coffee:
Thank you, waira,
:beast::beast::beast::point::beast::head::thumbs::smoke:
for the book recommendations!

:WTF: :crying: Red, you slay me!! Love the GI Joe action photo shots! DAB's will drop a nut laughing at this! I grew a couple Cobra's in my first run, and we had some goof-ass yuks over this theme :D: ..f*ck growing up!! ... No alarm bells going off at the leaf tips, given your temps/RH...
Dewd! Humor is so key,... If you were all stiff, bland, and flavorless, you'd have far less interaction with others, being tuned out like a bad talk radio station!... you'd still get some help, likely, but....:shrug: ....Clowning is what keeps me comin' round at several threads, along with the usual 'serious' shop talk... I wish they were all neighbors,... you too brudda!
:dance2:Hop digity:dance2: :woohoo: Chop-Eye's cherry breaker!! :High 5: Congrad's my friend! She looks just fine for the taking, and where you want the buzz to be,.... M-boy, did she chunk up nicely or what? That last 10 days, about,... :wiz: *boom!*..... You, my good man, have a damn fine pile of solid nugg's!.... LOL!!- yeah, that first cut can be kind of a pucker-moment, but you get over it quick! Chop-Eye's Syndrome (DAB's term) is unavoidable! Red, seriously, you done damn good my friend, way ahead of the curve... :bow: .... You should have seen some of my first plants-LOL! They sucked butt-wind compared to yours!! :No:-LMAO!! Allow me to heat up a celebratory cheek :slap: :head: ...I'll just bet you got nine-kinds of lucky- :hump: :roflcry: You earned it big time!and you wife sounds like a total gem! **** .... Ahhh, now you know the other side of harvest,... the tedium of trimming!! :roflcry: Can you imagine trying to process a multi-oz monster by hand?! There's a good reason they invented some very clever trimming machines,...:Stones slap:... I'll post up a pic shortly here of some excellent trimming scissors....Trim job actually looks pretty good, and it's always easy to tune up later if needed,... Mmm, yup, a solid oz sounds about right...nammys Horney **** Ah! you got the PM, and likely saw the other post... Yes, DE is what I used before, and it does help... interesting stuff- it's the 'skeletal' framework some single cell algae's build around themselves, often made of SiO2, aka glass! What looks like powder to us is pointy jagged glass shards at their scale, and just as healthy to crawl over-LOL! ...Okay, fire this post off, and I'll be back inna minute...

009.jpg<-- Red, these are the perfect tool for most of the job! They're cuticle scissors, made by Revlon (lots of others too); the blades are very thin and narrow, which means less surface area to get gummed up, and can reach deep down into tight places to snip off small fans, etc., and not mash to hell out of the trich's in the process; the slight curve to the blades makes trimming sugar leaves a snap!...easy to scrape clean with a razor blade, and wipe with alcohol when they get gummed up,... you can find these all over,..Target, CVS etc.,... paper plates make nice dry trays for the trim too...:smoke:
