Live Stoner Chat Noob looking to pop my Auto Flower cherry

Hello All, I am new here. Ive done plenty of indoor and outdoor grows but I am trying the autoflower for the 1st time. Any suggestions or help will be greatly appreciated. I will also be posting pics of the progress as I move forward. Currently I am setup with a veg room with 400watts. And a 4x8x7 flower room with 1000 watt hps. Currently using promix as my medium and genral hydroponics advanced nutrient line.
My main intrest are:
*proper lighting schedule
*how do they react to nutes compared to normal grow
*is it ok to lollipop supercrop and Lst
*any and all tricks to get the best yeild possible

The seed is an auto whitewidow crossed with big bud.
