Dav' -- I see nothing significant for defc.'s, however in pic 11, that white speckling needs a closer pic taken please,.. it looks like a little thrip damage maybe? How did you take your soil pH? At 7.0, it's a bit too high, and Fe/Zn defc. can start rapidly in soil grows at this pH; they are the first things to lock-out at that pH range.... light/camera can play tricks, but the tops do seem a bit light in color, signs of potential mentioned lockouts...
.. you feed dosage will depend partly on how rich you soil is to begin with, and how conc. your nute's are,.. staying weak consistently is not always a good policy, so you can ease the conc. up gradually over several feeding, and watch carefully how they respond.. look for yellowing at the very tips, that's a sign you near the limit they can take,.. ease back some when you do so as to not push your luck until your skills and familiarity with plant and products gets better!
