Indoor Nutrient Ideas

I like your post, there is however, an easier. although slightly more expensive way to go. Dry nutrients. I'm using General Hydroponics Maxi Grow and Maxi Bloom. Each comes in a 2.2lb. bag. One bag will make the equivalent of MANY gallons of pre-mixed liquid types. I'm using about 1Tbsp ( it comes with a measuring cup, a small about1 tsp on one end and what I assume to be about a Tbsp on the other) to my 12-13 gallon res to give me around 640ppms, even running 2 reservoirs, I've got enough to likely last a couple years of continuous crops! I payed $15.85 per bag, shipped. So $33 will give me dozens of grows. I think is the simplest, easiest way to go. And so far, I see no deficiencies in my plants. What's not to like! I change my reservoirs about every 8-10 days. Then just sit back and watch my girls grow. IMO, every beginner should start this way. Get fancy with your nutes after you get some experience. Or, you just might find, you don't need, 97 varieties of grow and bloom and root and bud candy and big bud and and super hellacious extra power grow and......$$$$$$$. If your growing for fun, sure it may be interesting to use that stuff, I just want to grow some quality meds without all the fuss.

That is an option and it is cheap, the pros to doing it yourself is it is slightly cheaper and I can adjust any part of my nutrients right where its needed, I can add more or less or any element in my nutrient.. With any pre packaged dry nutrients your stuck with the ratios they provide. I can also copy just about any commercial product out there. The ingredients and ratios are listed on the labels.
