Positive Points: Inexpensive, ease of use, waterproof. It seems fairly sturdy. ATC and push button calibration.

Negative points: Have not had any issues yet, a fairly low end unit but I really have nothing to compare it to

i also purchased one recently and it seems to work perfectly, absolutely no complaints so far.Will update if I run into any problems.

The sensor on my pH1 wore out after a year of moderate use, being super gentle and always storing it in the calibration fluid. I'm on my second one now. Hope the pH2 sensor's more durable.
But sadly at this price point there isn't much else out there.

Mine went south after about a year as well. Bought the same one again a while back. So reliability / longevity seems to be the issue with this. I kept mine in pH probe storage solution and was careful with it. Still a decent unit overall as far as use and accuracy go.
