Harvest & Curing Odor ?!?

i feel the hairs and pistols can be any colour they want to be.trichomes from a distance will look white even if they all clear.
im the worst at the defs/toxins game, but my 2p is the plant is pale so a lack of food.the yellow/brown spots only on older leaves so thats good in a way as they will do that with age/lack of food.burnt is normally dark dark green with a clawing and brown tips of new growth.its your old leaves look bad new looks ok but hungry.
scope needs to be x60 and above as you need to see the colour of lil ball thats sat ontop of the trich.

i use x60 and find it spot on.id look at a top/middle/bottom bud and rough guess the % clear/cloudy/ambers
a nice lil video

good luck

Thank you for the video. Yes I look at every bud and all over that’s why I’m confused on what’s going on. I am going to let sweet tooth be and see what happens. I popped in 3 seeds for my no till so hopefully I shouldn’t have any issues with the next batch

im perhaps a little confuzzled to.you said trichs were 30% cloudy...i guess rest clear ?
the hairs and pistols can be a general rule as to where in the life cycle a plant is......now that i said cycle you should check out ....

the colour of the pistols and hairs can be a guide to plant age buts its not allways spot on.ive had plants that seem to age/finish quickly.and others that seemed to sprout new clear/whitish pistols petols (sp:shrug:) when it was well into flowering.i kind of ignore the colour of the hairs/pistols and just go by the trichs.

I generally look at the hairs first. it can be unreliable, especially outdoor, as they may be all brown after some bad weather. but they can tell you when it isn't finished yet. so if the hairs tell me it might be ready, I take a look at the trichomes too. if the overall plant looks done and there aren't many clear trichomes to be found, I think about harvesting(when there's no budrot forcing me to harvest earlier).

that plant in the OP doesn't look finished at all to me, so I wouldn't even be looking at the trichomes yet.

Your most probably aware of this don't look at tricomes on the leaves of the buds as they degrade faster than on the buds themselves one of my fellow growers told me that and good luck pal
