I fed the plant again and it just looks worse each day. The leaves are curly and turning up. Nothing splashed on the leaves either

I looked at all the info about deficiencies and I found pics that resemble my plant. The only match is fungus gnats minus the curled leaves now. I have neem cake would that get rid of them if I put layer on top of the soil ? I also have diatomaceous earth as well.
Do you think the curly is the gnats too ?

old or damaged leaves never repair themselves,and could be a result of what happened weeks ago.new growth is a better gauge of plant health.
i know not much of bugs,but wait for proper id first.sometimes doing less is better.
