Extraction Oils from fresh cut?

I will be making canna butter (coconut oil) and FECO from my upcoming harvest.
I am assuming I can go straight from the plant to decarbing to making the oils?
I will be curing buds for vapeing but can I skip drying for my Magic Butter Machine oils?

If you like the taste of chlorphyll sure.......most find it to taste pretty nasty. drying/curing lets the chlorophyll to degrade, thats why cured bud tastes better
