Hi guys me again, since i had lockdown from friday till yday temp was really high 29C and they look really thin and leaves are turning inside i think they are in heat stress, what can i do? Thanks

the only option is higher your light they don't look too stressed to me how old are they approaching now also don't let them completely dry out also they can sag just before lights out or when there hungry

They are 10 days now, i did put lights higher so we'll see how it goes hopefully they want grow to high and yes they were completly dry when i came yday after lockdown and now im just giving them a bit of water every day( gave them yday and today but just around plat not to wide and soil far from plant is dry dry), which is maybe wrong.
So how they look you would be happy, in that case im more than happy.

Hi buddy i took some pics when lights were of and they seem fine, tommorow is two weeks so when is good time to start to feed them?

I have another question, for flowering stage i found here on one of the "gurus" post that best time to start with flowering feeding when the plant slows and stop vertical progres. If plant got 10 weeks of life and stop to grow for instance in 5th week what nutiens to use for 5th week of flowering which means plant didnt get all nutriens (week 1-4 of flowernig) or start with nutriens for week 1 and push 10 weeks of fiding in in 5 weeks?
