Grow Room One plant, big yield, small space

Hey guys, just trying to find out a way to make my seeds go along way, so I basically want to do a single plant micro grow in a tight space but get big yields from it. I've heard all these terms about supercropping, lollipoping, stress training, trellis, etc. But I dont know what they mean. Is there a definitive guide to all the best ways to get big yields? I can't find anything definitive, they're all just bits and pieces. Peace and love!

@pinecone_peery Ya have to give the lads more info mate , Size of grow room- type of light - what growing medium ect , You will get all the info you need .

Well I considered growing in a garbage can, but if not there than a very small closet. Medium is a 5 gal grow bag, 400w HPS light,

Stop mate . Before you do anything , read the forums here . study my friend . It may mean you have to rethink your plan , have you grown before ?

Led makes sense in a small space. Check out some of my closet grows or others who grow in a tight space. It can be done with a cool tube for HPS. But I would say save up and get an LED. Check out some SCROGS Dirty Budsters grows are great or consider LST. Laters
