i was starting to see a trend there in alot of the journals mentioning needing at least 1 or the other. Its crazy i started out just thinking oh ill just copy this guys grow and get same results. So i started hunting for best looking pics of plants. Wasnt long pretty damn easy rite. So i start skimming the journals looking for the "key words" i need for my grow to be pic worthy. Time after time the badasses i wanted to immolate. You cant just buy plug and play on any level. Why...one might ask simple. Gotta do it yourself. From the lights down to the bubbled water for the home made soil. I truely believe you get back what you put into it. I know some have had success with ready made route. To me the growers i admire have perfected there art throu a labor of love for their plants. I have so much more to learn. Many thanks to the members of our community.

I agree with you. The down side is some just don't/can't understand things some of us find so simple. As far as the setup goes most just aren't dedicated enough to read and learn what's needed. Trying to read and copy the masses of information which is primarily bs. Things like leds do not give off heat. @Corgy lol. Growing well comes from experience, valuable information and tips and mainly understanding the flaws in the system. Whether it be bad genetics, environment, lighting, or common sense. I get plenty of PM's and I do enjoy them but I had a message once where a guy asked me if he should add in the ph adjustment before or after adding his nutrients. Some people just can't be helped. Afn is a great place to learn and what makes it even better is bad advice is usually corrected by intelligent members quickly. Your recent activity here is almost a tell tale sign you will do well. It's obvious you want to do well and that's the biggest part of the battle. Where set it and forget it and get rick quick is never the case. Unless you have blumats and autocobs

Yet another snag. I wasnt able to get the seeds threw a comedy of errors. 1st there was the bank. Fyi international bank transfer are NOT free a hefty fee is involved. Which i wasnt told about tell it was almost done. Im just a old broke white guy. I dont do much banking the wife does all of our. So the terms and shit had me lost not mention my seedbank bank in england forms called things by different names. After the 3rd time to bank i gave up. Was a rather frustrating moment and discovering they wanted 55 dollars to transfer. The seedbank doesnt do paypal so i figured try bitcoin and i would get some bonus seeds for it. Im not a computer savy person by any means. The damn fees i was seeing was like .71 per dollar. Yeks!!! I order a few beans back in the days when Overgrow was still. And it was 100xs easier pick your beans put ur card info in the correct area about 3 weeks later theres a package.
So in the mean time im going get my soil recipe going. Got a great plastic 55 gallondrum to compost in mix soil. I can get more but the miss's gave me that sideway glance when i brought this home

Been a little bit folks. Its been a busy 2 months with the family. We have lost a dear member of family and sister in-law had a baby. Also had a get together with some old salty marines oorah!!!! 0311
I am going to build my tlo soil but will start with some bagged soil from a ny based canna friendly company. Its a organic compost with some good basic building blocks already added. Ill more than likely need to brew a few teas for 1st grow or 2 but i plan on recycling the soil and adding my recipe then cook it. The goal is to have a water only grow.
I did get some great genetics Double Grape and Double Grape and Amnesia cross both are fems and im told the DGA cross is a monster auto.
So thursday is payday and if all goes well i will be getting my soil. As I have mentioned been reading as much as I can and i need to address my water situation. I live close to a natural spring source actually there are a few different options for springwater. One of them is believe it or not is naturally carbonated. Going pick up a tds meter add see where its at. Gotta go to work

Its taken a little time to get everything I needed. Im hoping I got it all lol. Ive started putting it together. I still need to wire it all. It should be easy enough(ive watched the youtube vid 100's of times)
Going add some distilled water tonite the soil mix get it nice and moist. Soil will be recycled. Give the grow space a good cleaning
