My friend says he has never had any indoor grown that's better than outdoor. What do you think?

If we're referencing hazes and mostly sativas, I'd say the potency outdoors is on a whole 'nother level. I've yet to smoke a Neville's Haze and real Skunk #1 grown indoors that beat the UV rays from the sun. Those varieties are seriously like mild mushroom trips when grown outdoors.

I find that where i live ( 57 N ) indoor is much more potent than outdoor.

Dude, that's Alaska/North Canada weather...anything you grow will do better indoors.
