Generally speaking when do you start to manipulate the structure of the plants with LST (not topping) with ties? Looks like maybe around day 15?

Generally speaking when do you start to manipulate the structure of the plants with LST (not topping) with ties? Looks like maybe around day 15?
This is only my 2nd grow and 1st time I tried lst
I originally tied P&S down on day 14 or 15 but the branch broke.It was too early and branch wasn’t strong enough yet.I tied it down again about 3 or 4 days ago
The other 3 i tied down yesterday for the first time
I’d recommend just tying down fan leaves or cutting them off the first 3 weeks so the branches have enough light to grow at a steady pace and keep them all even.Somewhere between day 21-28 the branches should get long and strong enough to tie down
that was my conclusion too. Day 25 was perfect for me to do the tie downs. Combo of tie downs on stems to open up and some leaf tucking after that using clothes pins to move any big fans out of the way of the newly opened up bud sites.
