Hey bro, from what I can see you have several things going on there. That first picture is hard to tell anything because it is so close to the ground it could be anything. The second picture though, the ph is way out of whack. You should be up around 6.6 in true soil. That is causing your yellowing and twisting, which is Magnesium deficiency. The third picture looks like Calcium deficiency, once again, from your ph.

Now, on to this foliar spray you are using, I have never heard of it. Do you know the ingredients in it or can you tell me in general, not the exact store, where you got it? If it is CS then you are probably going to kill that plant. It is already in pretty bad need of care and CS is going to stress it more.

Lastly, as you are not even close to bloom, you may want to back off on the bloom nutes until she starts showing some sex.

First thing first though, if you want that plant to live I would cut out the foliar spray and get the ph up. Give it a good dose of water, ph'd to 6.6-6.8 with about 25-50% veg nutrients and see if she takes back off in a day or two. When I say a good dose of water, I mean about 2x the pot size. That should get your ph back into an acceptable range and allow her to begin taking up micros again.

I had this problem a week ago, I am indoors only but the symptoms are the same, it was only on 2 plants out of 4, tiny orange dots that looked like spots of paint, maybe only about 10 spots between the 2 plants, they were looking a bit undernourished so I increased their feed and the spots vanished in a few days.
I have no idea what exactly caused it but certainly seems to have been a deficiency.
