New Grower ossc

Has anybody stateside had issues with ossc I have had two orders that were never received one in July that I didn't pay to have tracked and had to pay to re-order
ordered their cyber Monday special and payed to have it tracked have sent numerous e-mails with the standard reply wait 28 days. they have never provided me with any information on the tracking number and have now received an e-mail stating that since I wasn't guaranteed shipping they will give me a credit of 39euros
on a $120.00 order. I have placed 10 orders since January last year. Two of which were never received. I had originally thought ossc to be the best seed bank out there .now not so sure

OSSC? Is that the Single Seed Center? I hope not, I got an order I've been waiting on since Dec 18th. Not a great start for someone who's ordered for the first time anywhere......

No pop22, its the original sensible seed company out of Spain.

I used them on black Friday special.my order was seized and since I didn't use the guaranteed stealth shipping I was basically sol.i did get ahold of them and I got a 72$ credit on a 153$ order. that was a 1 time deal .it will best to use guaranteed shipping its expensive but customs is real tough now.I havent used my refund yet kind of waiting and probally have it shipped to a different address
