New Grower outdoors

hi i was recently kicked out of my apartment because
of the smell from my plants,
i was so into it that i dont want to give it up,
i have no back yard , i want to secretly plant autos
on public state game lands, and forest parks,
could anyone give me some pointers on how to do it,
am i going to need a outdoor gps, to mark my
grows, and also do i have to dig large holes in order to
take care of the plants, the only problem is getting caught, should i just bring in pots, with a transplant,
or do i have to dig holes, in the ground, i am really
confused on how to accomplish this, please help

You should dig the holes and put some good potting mix in then put your trans plants in.If your not going to water them you might use some balanced dry nutes and mix them in the soil and let mother nature do the rest.
