New Grower Oxygen starved roots HELP please!!

I have a think different in an aerogarden at day 13 and this morning I noticed all the leaves have drooped down, it started yesterday with just one today all 4 have drooped down. I couldn't figure out what it was as ph,temp, ec was all fine, I have finally noticed the rock wool is completly soaked!! Can anyone help me I don't know what to do! I currently have taken the top of the aerogareden off and put it over a 5 gallon bucket, the roots are sitting in water but there is a big air gap. Is this the right thing to do?? Any help would be great. Thanks
