New Grower Ozone generator and negative ion generator vs carbon filter

I have a GermGuardian AC4825 which actually has cut back on the smell to near nill and it has a build in activated charcoal filter and between that, it's hepa filter and it's uv bulb, i have almost no smell when using it in the room of the grow tent. So maybe the germguardian has something to do with the low smell. I got it when it was under $50 at one point, now they are near $100 on amazon... ymmv
