Chopped my Durban Sunrise today on day 63! Couldn’t believe my eyes when I had a look through the loupe and found mature purple trichs EVERYWHERE… at least 30% probably closer to 50%! Twenty20 Mendocino website says she’s an 85-90 day strain so dunno if I got a super fast pheno or something but what ever it is I’m very happy! If she smokes half as good as she grows I’ll definitely be planting these ladies regularly.

Sorry about dodgy pics taken in the dark, will get some better ones when I’m trimming in a week or so.

Here’s my Skywalker from Mephisto on day 63.

She’s been looking almost done for a couple of weeks now but every time I check the trichs I still see clear and very little amber. Don’t want to rush her and I know the wait will be worth it so looks like she’ll be another week at least.

@stan_mephisto I’m not on Reddit but saw on your site that the meph-heads are all growing Skywalker so thought I’d tag you in a couple of pics of mine, hope you don’t mind.

And here’s another one from Mephisto, Sour Crinkle on day 39.

Finally managed to get her into the big tent yesterday. Frost on this thing is off the scale! Only a small plant but what it lacks in size it more than makes up for in trichome coverage. Hoping the buds will thicken up a bit now that she’s under some proper wattage. Very easy plant to grow as well, really happy with her so far.

Quick look at the veg tent before things happen tomorrow.

Back right is DP Auto Mazar on day 68, getting close now despite some issues, hoping to chop her by next week.
Back middle is Purple Pope by Night Owl X Mandalorian on about day 55, she’s a hungry girl in flower so going to up the nutes next feed.
Back left is a tiny Mephisto CDLC (standing on a pot to get her closer to the light) also on around day 55. Getting chunky and frosty now but not gonna yield much at all.
Front left is Sour Crinkle also by Mephisto, think this one’s on about 48. Definitely one of, if not THE frostiest strain I’ve ever grown. Seems to be Sour Crack leaning as she’s not very tall either.
Front middle is Mephisto Skywalker on day 68, she’s kept me guessing these last few weeks! Thought she was done ages ago but she’s taken her sweet time to finish properly. Going in the dark tomorrow.
Front right is Seed Stockers Gorilla Cookies on day 60 something, she’s been a really nice plant to grow and looking like she’s gonna be a hell of a producer also. 10/10 for this one.
You can also just about see the 2 solo cups for the Seed Stockers Wedding Glue comp in the front right of the pic, I’ll get some better photos and make a proper update on them tomorrow.

Few more pics in this update

Back right is Mendo Trizkit on day 43, starting to form some nice little nugs and also getting a bit frosty. Had her first taste of Pk boost yesterday.

Front right and also on day 43 is DP CBD Auto Blackberry Kush. She took a large defol really well the other day and keeps pushing on, stretch is done, buds are chunking up nicely and frost is spreading.

Front centre is Seed Stockers Gorilla Cookies on day 66, absolute beast of a plant! Buds are huge and fade is beginning, think she’s probably got a week or 2 to go.

Front left is Mephisto Sour Crinkle on day 50, the frost on this thing is like nothing I’ve ever seen before!

Back left is Mephisto CDLC on day 58, pistils are receding and hardly any clear trichs visible through the loupe, looks like she’ll be done right on time. After checking my notes it seems like her tiny size was most likely a result of being stunted in the first couple of weeks due to transplant shock, needless to say my final CDLC seed will go straight into her final pot.

And last but certainly not least, back centre is Purple Pope from Night Owl X Mandalorian also on day 58. Had to pick a couple of sacs of in early flower but think i caught them early enough and haven’t seen any more since. Other than that she’s been a pleasure to grow, increased Orgatrex to almost full strength last feed and she seemed to love it.

The 2 in the solo cups are almost certainly my first and last attempt at soil solo cup growing, I gave it a go but have sadly fallen way short of the mark. Much respect to anyone who can manage it.

Top left in the 5 gal is a Strawberry Nuggets X Skywalker freebie from Mephisto, hit the soil on the 6th but still no movement. If I don’t see anything by Tuesday/ Wednesday I’ll probably pop another… will be very surprised if she doesn’t sprout though, can count on 1 hand the amount that haven’t pooped since I started growing - and I don’t think any of them were Mephisto.

Bottom left in the 1 gal is Mephisto 3 Bears OG on day 1. She was up and looking healthy first thing this morning, took the dome straight of and gave her a little drink.

Bottom right is Mephisto Mango Smile on day 19, was planning on topping her yesterday but the space after the 4th node is minimal so think I’ll give her another day or 2.

Top right is Super Sativa Seed Club Auto Bruce Lemon Diesel on day 18, she’s looking good, praying and growing fast. Excited to see what she becomes!

Skywalker is one of me and the wife’s favourites, I’ve never tried Strawberry Nuggets but the pics and stuff I’ve seen made me think it would be a great cross… thank you for getting me even more excited about it!

Got a couple of the Seed Stockers Gorilla Cookies earlier, she’s on day 72.

She’s got a fair spattering of amber trichs all over now and looks pretty much done as a whole, will be going in the dark as soon as the drying tent is empty in a day or so. Can’t wait to try the smoke, growing her has been an absolute pleasure at every stage. Thank you very much again @Seedstockers-Mark
