New Grower Ph runoff jacked up

Ok so im usong mg organic soil so im trying to determine cortect ph for water to add to soil.
I put 8.3 water ro is 7.5
i put 7.0 water ro 7.5
Put 5.2 in ro is 7.4
Is this possible?
I want to try to avoid hydro shop so im using mg. Could my ph be off because there is soil in my ro when i test it?
im used to growing in coco so soil is new to me.

Rough Calculation Guide:

Here's some good info on ph.....
If your runoff pH is higher than your starting pH, use this equation to determine your soil pH:*
Soil pH = Runoff pH + Difference

If your runoff pH is lower than your starting pH, us this equation:
Soil pH = Runoff pH - Difference.

For example, say your the starting pH of your solution before it goes in is 6.5 and the pH of your runoff is 7.0. The difference is +0.5, so using the above equation:
Soil pH = 7.0 + 0.5*
Soil pH = 7.5

If your starting pH is 6.5 and your runoff is 6.0, your difference is -0.5 and using the above equation:
Soil pH = 6.0 - 0.5
Soil pH = 5.5

How much are you watering through?....to flush one must put through 2-3X the volume of water that the pot holds in medium....so a 2 gallon pot should get 4-6 gals of water run through until the runoff is close to or the same as the ingoing water...

Thats what i was afraid of i read somewhere that somebody had the same problem but for him it would go back to 7.3 after 24 hours.

Tlbwp. I was adding about 240 ml to a party cup probably not enough wateri will try flushing with more later after i do some work on my car + its lights out for another four hours (im on 16/8 for security purpose i like the lights off when im not home) and post results.

No luck i flushed 20oz cup with .5gal took nearly an hour and ph was high.
So it seems that the soil is buffering the ph i read that mg-organic is full of pultry litter which has a high lime content and that could be the culprit. Which i also read varies from state (which is probably why some people can use the soil and others like me fail)
Conclusion
Miracle grow sucks whether is the chemical version or organic.
P.s. I even put ph of 4 ph came out at near 8. I used meter (calibrated) and also liquid drops which blew my mind.
