Maybe they were older seeds?

I don't think seed age is related to yield/size, etc. but what the hell do I know? I would think that lies purely at the interplay between genetics and environmental conditions/rhizosphere.

I think older seeds just wouldn't sprout. You just got a runt I think which can happen we are dealing with nature. That's why it's best to start from a clone. Because it's more a guarantee of it potential I've only seen one runt in night owl. Never mephisto. If you want variety sometimes your gonna find something you don't like.

Sometimes those runts have more resin tho. Is that the case here?

In my experience the runts are always extra fire as long as they were healthy. I’m definitely with ya on that one.
