Phosphorus deficiency?

pH Perfect involves the nutes being in stable chelated forms in solution so that they are available to the plant over a wide range of pH. pH Perfect does not directly function to adjust the pH. Adv. Nutr. (and basic chemistry) advises against adjusting the pH with pH Perfect base nutes, with this just adding more salts/ions that eventually degrade the pH Perfect activity/potency.

Where do people get this idea about need to adjust pH if using pH Perfect? Just follow instructions, which never mention adjusting feed pH. You should be concerned about the salts/ions/ppm/EC level of your water (should be low) rather than adjusting pH.

Thanks for this, however, I was meaning that I would feed plain pH'd water, as in 'nothing but water' ie, no sensi bloom. I wasn't planning on adding sensi bloom and then adjusting the pH, sorry if I didn't make that clear enough first time round :)

Presuming "feed plain pH'd water" involves adjusting the pH of the water - No! Forget about pH adjustment with pH Perfect.

It makes no sense to feed "pH'd" water with plants being fed with pH Perfect. More added salts/ions only just interfere with the the pH Perfect nutrient uptake. Again, with pH Perfect, it's the starting water salts/ions content that matters most, along with the buffering activity of you soil, coco or other medium.

I'm using tap water and Sensi bloom ph perfect and never had any problems, my tap water has ppm like 800 and is hard as viagra D... I would say on first ph, but with An ph perfect , that cant be....

That 800 ppm water is working for you just goes to show that the plants, nutrients and media/soil can each be adaptable and work together to support growth over a variety of conditions. But lowering the ppm of your starting water can only help.

I let my water sit in bucket at least 36h with airstone in it...Like somebody said if it works, dont fix it...
