Really interesting interview @JM!

Pine pollen is such a superfood.
It's kind of annoying when the pollen blows and covers everything. But everything in the forest, all plants, animals and the soil benefit from it.
Pine pollen is an androgenic substance meaning it causes growth, regeneration, increases vigor, motivation and up lift moods.

This is the time right now when the catkins are falling and there has been some pollen flying around.
I hope to wild craft some catkins to make some tincture and capsules this year..

:smokeit:

I had to wait for the sun to come up and before it got too hot today.

The catkins are all over the place and have been falling for a couple weeks now.

I collected a bag full

Each catkin holds a lot of pollen

And I saw evidence of animals eating them

The tincture is already started it will take at least 3 weeks.

Using the Trim Bin from Harvest More I'll be able to get just the pollen to put in capsules
