Hello everyone, about time I introduce myself.

I am currently doing my first grow, I'm into my 3rd week and few days, I've set up using a 1x2 1x2 1x8 grow tent with a 600w hps light a 5 inch extractor with carbon filter and 4 inch intake and house fan to rotate air. I have nute wise shogun terra grow and shogun terra bloom I'm also adding cal mag as of now as I think iv just seen a tiny bit of mag dif, cant hurt right?
its in my loft on 24 hour schedule grown in soil, iv chosen to use gorilla glue auto flower fem for high thc and high yields and girl scout cookies auto fem both by fast buds

everything is going well so far, they are starting to flower rapidly after couple doses of nutes basically what I'm hoping for is to get at least 1oz pref 2oz of dense flavourful bud on each plant

I'm hoping that you guys will be able to help me with your gems of advice or any tips & tricks to help me get a quality yield like I said its my first grow and judging by your guys pics you seem to be doing great, I mean c'mon its like plant porn :drool: with the size of some of your guys buds. anyway hit me up with those gems and il keep you update with pics and what not

Pic of my gals a bit over watered and lighting sucks . I was doing little and often method which messed up my ph , sorted now though realised I had to water enough to get run off

Welcome to afn! You don't have to water to runoff in soil, mainly just coco.

No to journal not yet waiting till my 2nd or 3rd grow when I actually know abit
Also any of you guys gimmie your knowledge of watering and ph testing please .
What I understand is that every few waters I water to run off and test it’s soil ph to get as close to 6.5 as possible by either adding ph up or ph down to my nute solution to achieve this ie: if my water run of from soil is 5.5 adding a 7 solution will bring it up to 6.5ish .am I right in thinking this or have I misunderstood what I read online ??
