Indoor Plant Seedling growing extremely slow

looks over watered/stunted

fill the soil level up to the bottom leaves , it can cause the newly burried stem area to root like a clone does , then you wont only have the stunted roots to rely on anymore

i had a jem that never grew past its cotlydons! lol i gave it 3 weeks nothing ever happened to it not even yellowing. unfortunatly i needed the pot for somethign more effective haha. love my jems i had 110 seeds about 9/10 germed and only that one plant out of tons did that. but thats not your case hope things work out let us know. what kinda strain?
