Plants never smell at all?

Hello everyone ive posted about this problem here before and got a bit of help but ime still not getting any smell to my plants? I've grown 5 different strains none of Whitch had any smell really and I know that some of them must be stinky ones? Ime 6 weeks in with a syrup and a white dwarf one in an air pot and 1 in a small dwc ime getting worried that this is gona turn out basically shit like all my other grows! They r coverd in trichs but they dont smell infact they smell like all my other ones did just a bit weird definately not a nice skunk smell? I've changed the mylar the extractor I've put a intake fan out of my soffit to bring in clean air, I've put a humidifier in the room to get good humidity cuz it woz low I've done a couple with organic soil with guano castings bone meal ect ive changed nutrients from ionic to canna to AN always take care to keep temps at a good range and I never over feed or over water I probably under do it to be honest! I've done so many different things to try and actualy get some nice bud! My plants always seem to grow ok bit it just never gets smelly and some people I know have there plants stinking at week 3? I just don't get it it feels like ime banging my head agains a brick wall with this problem everyone seems to have the opposite problem I've searched a million different things and still have no clue what's goin on? I love growing and everything to do with it but it's so gutting to not get a decent smoke at the end of it all If anyone has any sort of clues I would love to hear then ime absolutely at the point were ime gona rip it down and start again and I realy don't want to have to do that! Sorry if ime babbling on but it's fucking me off now ime getting emotional! Lol

Boy thats different,most people complain about stink and you want some.I was going to say some strains dont stink but then you said you grew 5 different strains that didnt smell.I have ak47 and c caramel at 30 days and no smell yet.They usually dont smell till flowering.Take a little pinch of bud with a lot of trichoms and mash it up a little that should defenetely smell,also rub a fan leave with your fingers and see how that smells.Dont throw them out ,wait till the tris are all cloudy with a few amber.

I'd get a second oppinion. I've grown low odor strains before but never a scentless one. At this point I'd be checking my own sniffer instead of the plants. Organics make my girls stinky.

That's what loads of people have said it seems no one has ever had this all my plants have smelled the same basically a sort of weed smell but not the weed smell i want realy you have to rub it and still its very faint and it's not sticky or does it get u high! I put picks up of my last plant and people were sayin I must have no sense of smell and they could smell it from there! Ive smoked for 10 years and I can smell nice weed i just wish it did! Ime starting to think ime just not meant to grow I've done akr ,big bang,shot adrenaline I brought that cuz it woz supposed to stink! And left it well over the time and till the trichs were amber and still no stink! Wtf! Mabe I need to get a tent and start again! I've even laquered my whole grow room before adding Mylar just incase the the wood or sealent I've used is causeing it but nothing seems to make any difference! It's so frustrating! ????

Hey, Jeff. May sound a bit weird.. but do you use a carbon filter? If you don't you'd be surprised how quickly our noses becomes used to the smell and we don't smell it at all. After I do some chopping I don't THINK I smell.. but if I left the house right after it I'd REEK to everyone else.

I know of another guy on another forum who had your problem and in the end we discovered that he had no filtration.. so when he went around his mates house to smell theirs.. he was A) getting fresh air on the way to clean his nasal palete and B) his friends environments' air was clean so he really noticed the difference when the tent was opened.

Crazy but true. I can't think of another reason why you can't smell yours but can smell someone elses.

My box is completely sealed an exhausted into my attic my house doesnt smell at all if it did my I would know about it! Lol. Wen I get home from work I go straight to them in anticipation and never get no smell! My friend grew one auto in his house and you could smell it in the porch before u opened the door! It woz white dwarf, that's why I grew it and mine smelled shit! Ime one off those people who can smell a joint from a mile away so I know it's not that I would love to be walking round reeking of bud but it's not happening for me. My friend used miracle grow and didn't even ph his water it takes the piss! :-s I realy am out of ideas now there's barely anyone with this problem so can do all the searching in the world but I just end up reading the same things! Well I've pulled it off on 3 grows now and this 1 ain't Lookin much better atleast ime consistent lol.

What equipment and nutes are you using?

I've got a 150 watt hps with a home made dwc and 1 in an airport I only have a small cupboard. Ime useing an sensi bloom ph perfect at half strength in both with voodo juice and bud candy I've only been useing these a week I vegged them on iguana juice grow the one in soil has about 30% perlite in canna terra soil. Temps are 70-80 lights on and 65+ off. Humidity around 50%. I used organic soil in my last grow with bat guano bone meal worm castings and other stuff to full duplexes soil mix ratio and it grew well but didn't smell? I heard that organics is the way of u want smell and taste but it didn't work for me that's why ime thinking its something in the room or environment that's causeing this cuz I've done loads of different things to try and sort it out but nothing seems to help? Its well annoying I feel like ime just wasting my time sometimes! Could it be anything to do with the light I woz thinking of getting an led but is it worth it if I can't get good results with a hps that everyone uses?
