New Grower Please Help a noob grower....my autos are way too short for day 20 :(

Hi bro if you follow some simple tips you should be able to yiels like 125 grams.
Temperature in your room should be 23-26C light on lights of 15-20C
humidity during veg 65-45% bloom 50-35%!
Dont overwater your pots!
Yes start giving nutes but keep your ec around 0.8-1.0+ ec of your water!
Recommende using rootstimulator during veg!
During bloom recommended to swith to hps!
Dont cut healthy leaves and keep your growroom clean!

Btw what soil did you use? And also ph your feeding solutions to 6.4!

You've only provided information about your light. Light is only one factor in growing. Also I take it you mean Metal Halide (not Metall Halogen) right?
Like SG says what soil did you use? You are feeding them only tap water so far right? What is the EC and PH of your tap water?
Its strange it looks to me like probably something in the atomsphere is not right. My first guess is not enough light but from the photo it looks like enough light at least for vegetative growth and if you are using a 250 Watt MH I've grown a very healthy plant with one of those before. So maybe it's too hot or too cold or maybe the humidity is too low.
Maybe the soil is too hot and the roots can't grow... maybe they're being over or under watered.
Anyway we really need more information as right now there's too many questions to make an informed guess
