Please help I'm stumped

:smoking: hey there DG! ....so, this depends on a lot of things, in the case above it was being conservative with plants already on the ropes,...
If your girls (auto's?) are looking happy, no sign of tip burn, then that last blast should be OK; it's the K that's more important at this stage for terpene production as she winds down (S and Mn are also important to this).... What exactly does the label say about dosage per gal, same as the chart? ... might be I'm wrong about their dosage amounts,.... Note the overall drop in apprx. ppm's in the chart; nute demand at this late stage is dropping fast, most the work is done, it's all about finishing with lots of stank and making sure she gets some time to "cleanse" (flush), which in fact means little to no nutes added in the final few to several days to purge out any excess still in the "pipes", and what's stored in the leaves (only certain mobile nutes are),... this makes for clean smoke! Now the whole flushing thing, that's a bone of contention, but I recommend you read pop22's Myth thread about flushing/cleansing,... I think it's pretty conditional for doing this; organics have no need to at all, and if your fan leaves are looking tapped (a good sign), then you don't really need to do much of a flush,.. some say (like pop22) it's not needed at all,.. I say if you fed heavy, have leaves that still look pretty good and/or actual nute burn, you may need to do this "flush" for no more than a week,... This term I hate, it's a misnomer, as nothing is literally getting flushed out of the plant proper, the flow of ions simply doesn't run that way, out the roots,...nothing is being forcibly removed! What's happening is you are making the plant draw from it's own reserves, and in the case of soil/soilless, letting the roots scavenge out what's still lingering or bound up in the medium,.. there are "flushing" or clearing agents that can help facilitate this by knocking those bound-up ions from the medium, making it available again for uptake,...
yeah, week "10"... for most autos, finishing in 8-10 weeks, it's a little more tricky to get the finishing timing right,.. I absolutely hawk the trichomes daily the last 10 days, to see how fast the ripening goes,.. which can vary strain to strain, plant to plant even under the right conditions,... sometimes the lowers don't finish at the same time as uppers, so staged harvesting is not uncommon,.. if you have lowers that look well behind the tops, then consider doing this,..let them cook a few to several days more, just water if needed...:greenthumb:
Thanks Waira!

I so appreciate your detailed and enlightening answers. I’ve learned so much from you.

Yes, my ladies are autos. Growers Choice autos, a GG4 (at 82 days) and a couple Northern Lights (at 52 days). My GG wouldn’t flower, so at day 60, I flipped to 12/12 and they all started flowering. Fast forward to a couple days ago, I went and checked the tent during lights off, and the lights were ... on. I guess I never set the timer properly. So they’ve been at 24/0 all this time. And they flowered on their own sweet time damnit! Doh! :doh:Here’s my ladies, the GG is on the left:

So I checked the dry koolbloom label and wouldn’t you know ... it lists only 1/4 tsp per gallon, for the last 2-3 weeks of flowering. Not at all what the feeding schedule specifies. What’s a noob to think?

Oh, maybe I use it during the second and third weeks of week 10!

I’ve given the flushing thread a good read, and I’ll be rereading it about the same time I start pulling out that loupe.

Thanks again Waira!

... might be a little weak in feeds,.. but the problem is your Micro, which also has high N which you don't need now!
This was a huge help I didn’t use micro in last feed and plant perked up leaves started getting greener. Thank you for this..

...well, that may be a dosage recommendation based on using their full line-up and schedule. Those charts are made up with all the collective inputs calculated in,.... I have a feed sched' here,.. looks like it's say's 1/4tsp dry Kool', and the liquid is eliminated when dry is started,.. not sure if this chart is dated or why you're seeing something different.... Is it the drain-to-waste chart?
It happens, auto's that delay bloom for weeks, even months, but still technically "auto" like yours did,... this isn't an on/off switch kinda response with auto's, there's a lot of grey area on timing, made worse by poor breeding,.. I recall, your probls with GC seeds,.. you are not alone I'm afraid! ...best to shine those seeds off, why go through this crap again?!

>>> Jay, I can't tell reliably in HPS light, and it's bad at your end as well, so use normal light,.. trich's go from clear (immature) to cloudy/milky (mature, peak THC), to amber (past prime, THC starting to degrade into CBN, a narco-sleepy cannabinoid formed only by THC degradation)....different strokes for folks on how much amber to allow,... more will come as the bud ages, heat and light accelerate this breakdown,... Personally, I like 5-15% amber on most strains, but some go way more,.. I dislike "overripe" bud my self, but like I said,..... Plus my bud needs to last for months, in prime shape coz I'm a picky bastard!

Week 10 update...the smell is intense on the little dark devil smell reminds me of Sour Diesel, very sharp. The GG though not as smelly has a nice fruity more sweet fragrance. The buds on the GG are rock hard which is promising. Here some photos to enjoy
