Great. Slow release nutrients make growing autos very difficult. Exactly which Schultz product is it? I'll go look it up so I can see what it contains.

drop seed in water till it sinks, 24 hours tops. poke it down if it stays afloat. when it sinks put it in a 3 gallon pot of Happy Frog 1/4 deep. Moisten. Then when you see her water gently with ph adjusted water and put under a little light. You don't need to add nutes or anything else for a good while.

I've used the following method 5 times:

Place seed in glass of water for 24 hours so it softens the outer shell.
Get 2/3 paper towels, fold them over a few times and grab a container, place seed in the towel and leave it in there for at least 2 days, dont touch it every hour trust me LOL

When u see a taproot even 1/2 an inch stick it in moist soil with your lights on to keep the soil warm. Don't let the moist soil become dry as cannabis loves moist warm conditions.

Keep lightly spraying it every 12 hours.

For humidity, I never bothered, but recently I stuck cling film over the top*and now my seedling is growing so slowly.

What and how do u germ and keep ur seedling? Explain in detail, I'm curious to kfind out how your attempts have not seen harvest....maybe your soil is too hot?
