I am using canna coco brick and I was havin a crazy time with ppm and pH
Now ppm is good but I cannot keep my runoffs pH below 6.4 with initial run off and next morning its 7.0 pH wtf Is going on I have another bucket with different coco same thing I have flushed and flushed cant figure this out.

What's the ph going in?

I rarely check the runoff ph in coco. The ph is going to change. Coco has a buffering affect.

Plants looking good? Any deficiency?

I'm with Roark and never check the PH out on my coco either. Canna say it's an unreliable way to test coco ph.

Usually i'd wonder if the bricks need rinsing, but as it's made by canna, i guess it's already pre rinsed and buffered?

If you're at a complete loss for PH always aim for 5.8 going in.

Flushing coco is not advised with plain water (below 0.8 ec) as it screws with the buffers. (I get all my info from the canna UsA infopages which are a good source of info, but you need to sign up to read the papers - There's a thread where i've condensed some of the FAQ's from the canna coco info pages - i'll pop back with a link for you.)

All the best
Blue :)

edit: And as roark said .. if the plants looking good and your going in at the right PH and checking the EC or PPM and it's good before watering, just keep to it :)

I have 2 babies that either have nute burn or a defiency couple leaves have small spots like slighty yellow or brown spots
I will just say screw the runoff lol

can I trust the ppm readings from the run off or is that the same as ph?

Thanks for the help guys Im taking this to the hempy help page
