Hey kimbie I have some good news/more information. I got my accurate 8 soil meter in the mail today and low and behold my lockout thoughts were accurate. Soil PH is 6.0-6.2 in the top 4-6" of the pot and 5.0-.5.5 in the bottom halves of the pot. I should of amended with some dolomite lime when using 
OF and coco apparently. I will adjust for the next batch but I do not believe I can do anything about it now for this grow besides mix my waterings and feeds up to a slightly higher ph (7-7.5) to combat the low soil ph.
