looking to get an idea of how the community feeds their ladies.

do you water with plain phed (microbes optional) before switching over to flower nutes?
( veg nutes - plain - flower nutes )

or

do you go ahead and jump straight from veg nutes to flower nutes.
( veg nutes - flower nutes )

is it necessary for a transition feed (to clear the salt build up) or is it personal preference?

looking forward to everyones responses.

I like to give at least a couple days DWC or soil in between feedings with fresh water. Changing from vedge to flower is no different to me. Just different nutes.

Organics too, transition by mixing a little bloom in with the grow on one feed, next feed is 50/50 then the next a little grow in with the bloom.

I'm inorganic each feed is a flush. The plant would rather not get a dubble hit of osmotic shock. Some plants can go from grow to bloom and it's good for the bio switch from growth to flower. Right now I'm trying to force Maui Wowie and OG Kush-I had to raise their nitrogen level back up and the plants are really off their vigor. If I had it all to do again I'd just add phosphours a little every day.
I disagree with taking a plant in rapid growth and switching to ph'd water and putting any light on it-as soon as the sap from the roots gets to were growth is occurring the new growth is black, dead, necrotic tissue. Organic plants will not react as radically as inorganic though.
The organic way would be to add phos and slowly deplete nitro.

My way is a bit different but i chose the first option!

I like to water with nutes for a few feedings and then flush with plain water for the next feeding.
After a flush i usually give them a day of no water and then back with the nutes.
Don't know if it helps or not...

I think i need to also add more P to my flowering plants though!

All strains are different in how they react.to truly understand a particular strain you are looking at multiple tows Imo trial and error.

GreenD you can edit your spelling after it posts by using the edit buttpn on the green bar. You will only see an edit button on your own posts-after you post them,

Great Thread herb.

was wondering would anyone use Hydrogen Peroxide in DWC

VEG -----h2O Flush with a dash of h2O2 (HP)-----BLOOM
